Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content for retail stores for platforms like
Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
, etc.
Plan and execute content around
store launches, customer testimonials, product offers, milestone celebrations
, and more.
Develop creative
memes, short videos, and reels
in line with trending formats and social media culture.
Conceptualize and execute
gym activities, influencer collaborations
, and local store events into digital stories.
Coordinate
on-ground shoots at retail stores
to capture content for daily/weekly campaigns.
Script, shoot (or direct), and edit
store reels
showcasing people, products, and experiences.
Collaborate with the
brand team
once the content is ready for alignment and publishing.
Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content pieces.
Track performance metrics and optimize future content accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
24 years of hands-on experience in digital content creation, preferably for retail or lifestyle brands.
Strong skills in
video editing, basic graphic design, and reel-making
.
Familiar with tools like
Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
.
Sound understanding of trends on
Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to stores for content capture.
