The ideal candidate should have a good balance of creativity, communication skills, and basic digital marketing knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Regularly update website content such as products, images, and banners. Maintain website layout, pages, and ensure a smooth user experience. Collaborate with the design team to upload new creatives and campaigns. Work with the marketing team to integrate SEO keywords and blog content. Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness. Monitor analytics and provide insights for improvement. Handle minor technical issues or coordinate with developers when needed. Social Media Management (Instagram & Facebook): Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms. Manage daily posts, captions, hashtags, and stories. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers. Collaborate with the design team to create attractive posts and reels. Track post performance and reach to improve engagement. Stay updated with current trends to boost reach and interaction. Social Media Sales & Marketing: Convert social media inquiries into sales through effective communication. Promote products through creative posts, reels, and stories. Run basic promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility. Maintain a record of inquiries, leads, and conversions. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or HTML. Experience in handling Instagram and Facebook business pages. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for creative design. Strong communication and persuasive skills for converting leads into sales. Understanding of SEO and social media marketing. Excellent time-management, creativity, and teamwork skills.
