Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads for the company. This role involves managing various digital channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign strategies based on data analysis. 2. Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. 3. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. 4. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed. 5. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific audience segments. Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-quality digital content. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools. Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.
