Digital Marketing Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop digital assets for campaigns including social media posts, banners, email templates, landing pages, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Develop creative concepts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

Ensure all visuals are optimized for different screen sizes and digital platforms.

Create engaging motion graphics or short promotional videos for social media.

Work with content writers, web developers, and marketing specialists to improve user experience (UX/UI).

Stay updated with design trends, digital tools, and social media best practices.

Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web design tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow).

Experience in email marketing design (Mailchimp, HubSpot)

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

Experience designing for Google Display Ads and Meta Business Suite

Required Skills and Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital design or marketing design roles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD) or Canva.

Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital ad formats, and brand guidelines.

Knowledge of basic video editing and animation is an advantage.

Ability to think creatively and adapt designs based on marketing feedback.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
