Digital Marketing Customer Success Executive (Sales Focus)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Customer Success Executive with a strong sales focus to manage client relationships and drive customer retention and growth. You will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve success with our digital marketing services, including Google Ads , PPC , social media marketing , and branding , while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and ongoing support for digital marketing clients to ensure satisfaction and success. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and challenges. Monitor client campaigns and performance metrics to proactively address issues and optimize results. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to close deals. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions with clients. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to align client expectations and service delivery. Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in CRM systems.
