🔹 Job Title: Digital Marketing & Customer Handling Executive 🔹 Company Overview: We are a 15-year-old company based in Tirupur, specializing in manufacturing customized T-shirts and apparel. With our own in-house production facility, we serve bulk orders (starting from 50 pcs) for corporates, factories, industries, events, institutions, and startups across India. 🔹 Job Location: Tirupur (on-site, full-time) 🔹 Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM 🔹 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills) 🔹 Job Responsibilities: Plan, design, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for lead generation Create reels, posters, mockups, and creatives using Canva or other tools Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email professionally Coordinate with customers from enquiry to order finalization Maintain records of leads, orders, and follow-ups Assist in replying to comments, messages, and DMs on social platforms Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable design/product options 🔹 Requirements: Experience in digital marketing or graphic design Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) Knowledge of google ads, Facebook & Instagram ads (Meta Ads Manager preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Tamil Ability to handle customers politely and professionally Must be able to work from office in Tirupur 🔹 Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic video editing Familiarity with eCommerce trends or apparel customization Experience in handling B2B clients or event/institutional orders 🔹 How to Apply: 📧 Email: tshirtshopping@gmail.com 📱 WhatsApp: 9994555774 Show more Show less
