Job Description: Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: Noida, Greater NoidaExperience: 5 - 8 yearsQualification: Graduate in a relevant field About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate all digital and offline marketing activities with multiple agencies. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end social media campaigns along with creative content direction. Key Responsibilities 1. Agency Coordination- Coordinate with various marketing partners, including: PG agencies Creative agencies Lead generation agencies ¢ Newspaper advertising agencies ¢ Outdoor advertising agencies ¢ Publishing agencies- Maintain smooth communication and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.- Align agency outputs with overall brand and campaign objectives. 2. Social Media Strategy & Execution- Plan, create, and execute monthly social media campaigns across platforms.- Lead creative direction for Instagram posts, reels, stories, and visual content.- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure quality and consistency.- Track performance and optimize content for higher engagement. 3. Creative & Content Oversight- Provide creative input for digital assets, including graphics, videos, and ad creatives.- Ensure all content meets brand standards, tone, and messaging guidelines.- Generate fresh content ideas, trends, and formats to boost online presence. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting- Monitor campaign performance across social media and digital channels.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, leads, and outcomes.- Recommend improvements based on data insights. Desired Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram.- Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
