This role is key to driving the school's visibility and lead generation strategy through compelling social content, effective collaboration with internal academic stakeholders, and performance-driven marketing analysis.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital communication, skilled in content curation and creation for Meta platforms, and capable of managing the full funnel of lead generation from audience engagement to CRM and campaign analysis in coordination with our global digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for paid and organic campaigns on Meta platforms, aligned with brand tone and local marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with academic teams and industry partners to identify and amplify relevant projects, initiatives, and student work for content and lead generation purposes.
  • Work closely with the HQ marketing team to support international campaigns and ensure local content aligns with global priorities (including Study Abroad and SEO-relevant topics).
  • Ensure quality lead acquisition by collaborating with HQ for campaign planning, landing page optimization, and CRM workflows.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across the full funnel (reach, engagement, leads, CRM conversions), supporting continuous improvement.
  • Act as the digital marketing point of reference for the Mumbai school, sharing insights, identifying content opportunities, and providing local market input for global initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to spot trends, keywords, and topics that can feed SEO strategy and enhance site content for local and international audiences.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media content and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and basic knowledge of lead lifecycle and nurturing.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they can inform content strategies.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
