Digital Marketing & Content Creator

ReNova Pulse Energy is a growing renewable energy company committed to making solar power accessible and affordable. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creator to handle our online presence from running ads and tracking analytics to shooting and editing engaging solar-related content.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and post engaging content for social media and digital campaigns
• Shoot and edit videos for product demos, customer testimonials, and event highlights
• Create attractive posts and infographics using Canva or similar tools
• Manage and run ads on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Track campaign analytics and prepare performance reports
• Optimize content for SEO and social media reach
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies in the renewable energy sector
• Promote and market our services through platforms like LinkedIn and Justdial to generate leads and brand awareness

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation (preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Skills in CapCut or similar for video editing
• Canva or graphic design experience for creating social posts
• Experience running and optimizing Meta/Google ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Interest in renewable energy is a strong plus
