We are seeking a highly organized and culturally sensitive Admin Executive. to support our Solar EPC Director. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, community liaison, sales team coordination, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and willing to travel frequently to rural areas and Mumbai. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain filing systems and project documentation. 2. Community Liaison Act as a bridge between the company and rural communities. Translate and interpret during community meetings and site visits. Explain solar project benefits and technical aspects in local languages. Gather feedback and concerns from local residents and communicate them to management. 3. Sales Team Coordination Support coordination between sales teams operating in different rural areas. Track sales activities and maintain sales performance reports. Schedule and organize sales team meetings and training sessions. Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials in local languages. 4. Marketing Support Help develop culturally appropriate marketing strategies for rural markets.
