About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) 2. Create and manage content across platforms (blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) 3. Collaborate with the design and product teams to produce engaging visuals and content 4. Optimize marketing funnels to increase website traffic, conversions, and customer engagement 5. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights 6. Monitor trends in digital marketing, real estate tech, and competitor activity 7. Manage and grow SigmaValue's online presence and community engagement Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing 2. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc) 3. Experience with content creation for B2B or SaaS, ideally in the real estate or tech sector 4. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills 5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus 6. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications: 1. Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or fintech sectors 2. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for content support 3.
