Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant (Content Creation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple digital platforms to enhance brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing content strategies for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing.
• Create, edit, and proofread engaging content including posts, articles, newsletters, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Support the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring timely posting and brand consistency.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to generate fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate with designers and other team members to produce visual and written content.
• Track and report performance of content through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
• Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
• Support in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and ad creatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
