We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s more than just a marketer — someone who gets the internet, thinks in campaigns, breathes in trends. If you have 1–3 years of experience and want full ownership of real projects — keep reading.

This is a full-time role with space to grow, experiment, and actually make an impact (not just push pixels and post reels).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performance Marketing: Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube & other channels
• Analytics: Track, report, and optimize campaigns based on real data — not guesswork
• Strategy: Contribute to monthly digital strategies across content, paid media, and organic
• Copywriting & Content: Write ad copy, social posts, email campaigns — that sound like humans wrote them
• Content Ideation: Be part of brainstorming reels, meme content, influencer ideas, and trend-based hooks
• Community Building: Help build + engage our online audience across platforms
• SEO & Email

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of solid experience in digital marketing (agency, startup, or freelance)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram/LinkedIn content
• Solid understanding of content marketing, funnels, audiences, and engagement hacks
• Some experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta dashboard, UTM tracking, etc.
• Strong communication, creative thinking & a get-it-done attitude
• Internet-savvy: You keep up with Indian + global marketing trends, reels, memes, & what’s working online
