As a highly motivated and organized individual, you will be leading the digital marketing, outreach, and partnerships for an Islamic app. Your role will involve creativity, strong coordination skills, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. - **Market Research** - Conduct research to understand user needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Islamic/spiritual apps. - Identify opportunities for growth across digital and offline channels. - **Marketing Coordination** - Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure timely delivery of all marketing design requirements. - Coordinate with the content creation volunteer group to maintain messaging consistency and quality. - Prepare and manage the annual social media calendar for consistent activity across all platforms. - **Marketing Strategy & Planning** - Develop detailed digital + traditional marketing plans covering paid campaigns, grassroots outreach, and community engagement. - Create and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the app's mission. - Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic on content marketing pages. - Manage content marketing on the blog page. - **Partnerships & PR** - Build and maintain partnerships with magazines, mosques, therapists, colleges, and Islamic organizations. - Oversee PR activities to ensure positive visibility and reputation management. - **Email Marketing** - Plan, design, and deliver engaging email campaigns encompassing content, design, and delivery. - **Outreach Programs** - Design and manage a College Ambassador Program to engage students across campuses. - Build and maintain a network of social media influencers, handling outreach, onboarding, and collaborations. - Explore shoutout opportunities with relevant community pages, thought leaders, and Islamic content creators. - **Social Media Management** - Manage all social media handles ensuring regular posting, engagement, and follower growth. - Track and engage with social media content creators in the Islamic and wellness niche. **Qualifications & Skills** - Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community outreach. - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understanding of Islamic values and sensitivity in communication (preferred). - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
