Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who will play a key role in driving the firm's online visibility through effective SEO strategies, content optimization, performance tracking, and active management of our social media platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and Legal Content Team to create data-driven campaigns that enhance search rankings, increase traffic, and boost qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize website content, blog posts, landing pages, and metadata for search engines. Monitor and improve domain authority, page speed, backlink profile, and mobile responsiveness. Manage and update Google Search Console, Google My Business, and Bing Webmaster Tools. Identify SEO technical issues and work with web developers to resolve them. Track and report on SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush. Social Media Management Manage daily posting across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Develop monthly content calendars with high-performing content pillars (immigration updates, client success, webinars, etc.). Create engaging captions, hashtags, and community polls using AI tools and Canva. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build organic community growth. Analyze post performance and adjust strategy to optimize reach and engagement. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Provide monthly reporting on traffic, CTR, conversions, cost-per-lead, and ROI. Recommend data-driven improvements for organic and paid marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting. Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEMrush . Strong command of Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter marketing . Ability to design content using Canva or other design tools. Bonus: Experience with email marketing and Google Ads (Search & Display). Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with creative flair. Excellent written and verbal communication.
