Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies, and implementing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities


  • Content Strategy & Planning

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar.
  • Coordinate blogs, case studies, and emailers focused on eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopware, etc.).

  • Social Media Management

  • Strategize and manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
  • Build engagement via creatives, posts, reels, and trends.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Improve rankings and organic traffic for key service pages.

  • Performance Marketing

  • Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc., and optimize budgets.

  • Website Coordination

  • Ensure the company website is up to date with fresh content, CTAs, and landing pages.
