About the Role

Tutee Kaksha Academy is seeking a disciplined, results-driven Digital Marketer who can independently handle our online marketing activities with professionalism and accountability. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the academy’s digital presence, executing ad campaigns, and driving measurable growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured digital marketing strategies aligned with academy goals
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms with consistent posting, engagement, and analytics
• Plan and oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead-generation campaigns
• Handle WhatsApp Marketing, including broadcast lists, engagement flows, and student-parent communication
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Oversee SEO tasks, keyword research, and website content updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, updates, and campaign requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing tasks without follow-ups
• Assist in designing banners, posters, and creatives using Canva or similar tools

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth, paid advertising, and analytics
• Good command of English for communication and content clarity
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain high standards of execution
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager
• Canva / Photoshop design experience
• Video editing for reels
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic HTML/CSS or website editing capabilities
