Novella Kitchens is a premium modular kitchen brand, known for innovative designs and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and manage our online presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Paid Ads, Social Media Ads).
• Handle social media accounts, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Create, post, and manage content across platforms (blogs, social media, website).
• Assist in video shoots, project shoots, and content creation for branding.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign management.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with on-site shoots and client project coverage.

Work Mode: Hybrid (on-site presence required for shoots/projects).
Salary: Based on experience (open to negotiation).
