Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness. Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and other digital channels. Create engaging content for the website, blogs, social media posts, and online advertisements. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements for better ROI. Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Manage and update the organization’s website for content accuracy, design updates, and lead generation optimization. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to execute campaigns effectively and within budget. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and suggest innovative strategies for continuous improvement. Track conversion rates and make data-driven recommendations for improving the user experience and campaign effectiveness. Manage the organization’s online reputation and respond to customer interactions on social platforms where required. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas. Strong analytical skills to interpret website traffic, online behavior, and marketing metrics. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
