Digital Leader / Digital Products Head

As the Digital Product Head Innovation & Development, you will be leading the Digital Product Development initiatives across all products offered online across the web and mobile space. Your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with the technology and implementation teams for product rollouts - Supporting the Heads and C-Level executives to create and deliver an operational plan within the digital product space - Partnering with the Heads of various businesses/functions on the strategic and operational opportunities within the digital product space - Ensuring that digital performance is achieved by liaising with multiple functional stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree educated in Information Technology (BE/BTech) - Any other IT certifications such as Agile - Hands-on experience in developing mobile and web-based products from scratch and collaborating closely with technology and business teams The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience in Digital Product Innovation, Development, and Implementation on online platforms in the Financial Services sector, preferably in the Consumer and Retail segment. Additionally, experience in Digital Product Innovation, Development, and Implementation on online platforms across Mobile App with an e-commerce/m-commerce company is desired. Other qualifications and skills: - Good understanding of online user behaviors and trends - High level of awareness in the Fin-tech space and new innovations - Understanding of multi-tenant IT architecture to support such apps - Expertise in open-source technology and hands-on experience - Knowledge of Consumer/Retail banking products including Business loans, SME Loans, Unsecured, and Vehicle loans - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with efficient stakeholder management skills Desired Characteristics: - Good knowledge of technology innovations in the e-commerce space - Understanding of technology platforms and hands-on experience with launching apps that have achieved scale using open-source platforms - Experience with a startup is an added advantage Please note that the email ID to apply for this position is jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
