Digital Engagement Associate

As a member of the Digital Engagement Team at 4baseCare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cancer care through meaningful digital interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collecting, reviewing, sorting, and uploading patient reports to the OncoBuddy app, with a strong emphasis on ensuring accurate digitization of data. - Interacting and engaging with patients through various online channels to support their medical journey and enhance their overall user experience. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of patient medical reports, requiring basic medical knowledge. - Maintaining professionalism while showing respect for senior leadership and team culture. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to support patient-centric campaigns, content, and initiatives. - Upholding confidentiality standards and handling sensitive patient data with integrity and compliance.
