Digital Engagement Associate

You will be a part of the Digital Engagement Team at 4baseCare, a platform dedicated to enhancing cancer care through digital interactions. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Collect, review, sort, and upload patient reports to the OncoBuddy app, ensuring accurate digitization of data. - Engage with patients through online channels to support their journey and enhance user experience. - Interpret patient medical reports with basic medical knowledge. - Maintain professionalism, respect senior leadership, and contribute to team culture. - Collaborate cross-functionally for patient-centric campaigns, content, or initiatives. - Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data with integrity and compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient reports, preferably from a life sciences or healthcare background. - Ability to work empathetically and professionally with patients. - Adaptability, team orientation, and respect for company values and hierarchy. - Prior experience in healthcare engagement, data entry, or digital support is a plus. 4baseCare is a patient-first platform focused on enhancing cancer care through digital interactions.
