Digital Deployment Leader

As the Digital Deployment Leader (DDL) at RGC, you will play a crucial role in the organization's digitalization and transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include making significant contributions to the digital deployment and change management activities. Here is a breakdown of your key contributions: - Deploy and Communicate: - Effectively deploy and communicate about the digital tools releases and change content to the users. - Assist the Company's Management in making strategic decisions regarding the digitalization roadmap. - Control & Support: - Provide control and support to enhance the effective usability of the digital tools. - Implement solutions (temporary & permanent) for data flow with RGC and Business partners. - Ensure compliance with legal rules, including sharing rights of the tools. - Facilitate the organization in each country for the respective departments (RGC, RNPI, suppliers, etc.). - Contribute to increasing the tools adoption globally and locally and support capitalization improvement. - Coaching & Training: - Create and update training kit materials and video user guides. - Train the Trainers with Relay Trainer Club. - Train and coach all users for ease of deployment. - Provide on-the-job coaching and live support. - Improvement: - Collaborate in framing new features in the tools based on user feedback. - Develop strategies to enhance user satisfaction. - Monitoring: - Monitor the effective deployment of digital tools. - Track and close the gap between deployment and development. - Follow up on trainings conducted and feedback received. - Monitor the knowledge enhancement within end users.
