You will be working with Citi Analytics Information Management, a global community that connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for business leaders. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain reporting systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interpret data to provide insights for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate and timely report delivery - Rationalize, enhance, transform, and automate reports as required - Perform adhoc and root cause analysis for specific reporting challenges - Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies - Translate data into customer behavioral insights for targeting and segmentation strategies - Ensure data accuracy and consistency following standard control procedures and Citis Risk and Control guidelines Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in Big Data systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python), and cloud-based data management technologies - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - Knowledge of digital channels, marketing, and tools for audience engagement Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to Digital Business and expertise in Adobe Site Catalyst, Clickstream Data - Contribution to organizational initiatives in competency development, training, etc. About Citi Analytics Information Management: Citi Analytics Information Management, established in 2003, is located across multiple cities in India including Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Pune.
