Digital Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership for Paid Campaigns

  • Develop creative ad concepts tailored for

    performance marketing platforms

    (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and scripts optimized for clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Visualize ad creatives that stand out in competitive marketplaces.

2. Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to align creative concepts with targeting strategies.
  • Present detailed creative pitches to clients, showcasing ROI-focused storytelling.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with design teams to translate concepts into scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Partner with account managers and media buyers to refine campaign messaging.
  • Support the New Business team with creative inputs for pitches.

4. Brand Strategy & Research

  • Conduct research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to create highly relevant ad messaging.
  • Maintain consistency with brand tone and positioning while pushing creative boundaries.

5. Process & Team Leadership

  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to streamline workflow.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production processfrom ideation to delivery.

Skills Required

  • Creative Visualization

    Ability to turn data and briefs into striking ad concepts.
  • Social Media Content Creation

    Expertise in crafting creatives for paid formats across platforms.
  • Marketing Campaign Management

    Understanding of ad funnels, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.
  • Brand Strategy

    Experience shaping brand narratives for better engagement and conversions.
  • Strong

    copywriting

    and

    storytelling skills.

  • Understanding of e-commerce marketplace advertising (Amazon & Flipkart) is a

    plus
