Digital Content Leader

You are seeking a Digital Content Leader to design and manage the content strategy for the D2C website and marketplaces. Your role involves setting priorities for the year, forming a team, and collaborating with Indian sports ecosystem leaders, digital category teams, and stakeholders in France. You will ensure that all products go live on relevant websites following a consistent process, incorporating innovation, AI, lifestyle, and SEO elements in the catalogue structure. Success will be measured through metrics and ROI analysis. - Putting together the content strategy for the D2C website and marketplaces align with the leadership teams. - Prioritizing key action items for the year and implementing processes. - Monitoring success metrics and making necessary adjustments. - Leading the integration of AI in content creation. - Recruiting and managing the content team, focusing on skills development. - Delegating tasks, making decisions, and evaluating team performance. - Managing content agencies and collaborating with stakeholders. - Working with Indian and Global teams to implement best practices in content management. Qualifications: - Master's degree. - 8-10 years of expertise in content & catalogue management, preferably in the D2C or ecommerce sector. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. - Experience in managing content agencies. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to create visualizations and present to leadership teams.
