Role Description

1. Create YouTube Shorts

• Develop short, engaging videos related to company projects, products, and services.
• Edit and optimize videos for YouTube Shorts format.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

2. Make Instagram Reels

• Produce creative and trend-aligned Instagram Reels.
• Stay updated with current social media trends to maximize engagement.

3. Design Social Media Posts

• Create posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Prepare captions, graphics, and layouts as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting.

4. Visit Project Sites for Media Collection

• Travel to project locations to capture high-quality photos and videos.
• Coordinate with project/site managers to access relevant areas.
• Ensure all visuals properly represent the company's work for website and marketing materials.

5. Replies to the Customer Queries by Sending Catalog, Brochure, Pamphlet Etc,

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Content Creation, Copywriting, and Multimedia Content Development
• Proficiency in tools and techniques for SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Strong Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Visual Storytelling skills
• Experience with Content Planning, Strategy, and Campaign Execution
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize digital performance
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, with occasional on-site work in Gurugram
• A bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy or tech industry is an advantage
