As a Digital Consultant - Social Media & Networking at I-PAC, your role will involve designing and executing digital communication strategies, mobilizing grassroots digital networks, and leading impactful political campaigns on various social media platforms. You will need to demonstrate agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Communication and Content Creation:** Write and create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. - **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain relationships with influencers, community leaders, and partners. - **Social Media Management:** Handle social media accounts, post content, respond to messages, and track engagement. - **Digital Trends Analysis:** Stay updated on new digital trends, audience behavior, and social media changes. - **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of plans. - **Execute Digital Campaigns:** Plan and run digital campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements. - **Network Building:** Develop and maintain a strong network of party supporters, influencers, YouTubers, and media personnel at the grassroots level to amplify messaging. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute with 1-2 years of experience in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Media. - Strong command of Bengali, Hindi, and English. - Understanding of social media, digital marketing, video production, graphics, and storytelling. - Experience with Google Analytics, X (formerly Twitter) Analytics, and other social media tracking tools. - Ability to engage with political leaders, journalists, influencers, and community representatives. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and travel as required.
