As a Digital Creative Strategist at our Digital Marketing agency in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative digital strategies for a variety of industries. With 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a Digital Ads Agency, you will lead creative efforts across multiple brands, supervise a team of junior creatives, and closely collaborate with the New Business team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the creative work maintains the highest standards and actively engage in all stages of the production process, from concept to final execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Creative Leadership: - Leading creative initiatives for various brands, including campaign planning, ideation, script writing, and copywriting. Collaboration and New Business Ideation: - Working closely with the New Business team to contribute creative ideas and develop presentation materials for pitches. - Delivering comprehensive creative plans and presenting scripts to clients for campaigns. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Coordinating daily with the Integrated Solutions Team for tasks such as topical posts and annual campaign strategies. - Providing visual guidance to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts. Efficient Process Management: - Breaking down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative process. - Establishing and following practical timelines that balance creativity, finesse, and client objectives. Active Involvement in Production: - Being actively engaged throughout the production process to ensure quality from concept to final output for events, shoots, posts, and other creative projects.
