The Role We’re looking for a one-man army digital brand strategist/specialist who can: Own and scale our e-commerce sales via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital channels Architect, launch and optimize high-impact performance campaigns that move the needle on revenue Drive SEO strategy to boost organic visibility and reduce CAC Build and elevate the Shelly Jewels brand in the competitive jewellery space Work closely with a lean startup team—your voice will be heard, and your actions will have immediate impact What You’ll Do Performance Marketing: Plan, execute & optimize search, shopping & social ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Campaign Innovation: Develop creative ad concepts, landing pages and A/B tests to continually improve CTR, CVR & ROAS SEO & Content: Audit on-site SEO, craft blog/article briefs, manage backlinks and keyword roadmaps Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs in Google Analytics & Ads, generate weekly/monthly dashboards, surface actionable insights Brand Building: Define brand positioning, messaging pillars, tone of voice; collaborate on product launches & promotions Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with design, operations and customer support to deliver cohesive brand experiences What We’re Looking For Proven Track Record: 3+ years driving e-commerce growth for D2C or retail brands—ideally fashion or jewellery Ad Expert: Deep mastery of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, and remarketing strategies SEO Savvy: Hands-on experience with technical and content SEO for Shopify or similar platforms Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data—ability to slice & dice performance, set up dashboards and recommend optimizations Creative & Strategic: You can craft compelling brand narratives and translate them into winning campaign creatives Self-Starter: Thrives in a startup environment; takes ownership end-to-end; resourceful and proactive Team Player: Strong communicator, open to feedback, and passionate about building something great from the ground up
