Digital Asset Manager

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager with over 3 years of experience, responsible for organizing and coordinating digital assets for a high-volume, multi-market automotive campaign in Trivandrum. Your strong project management skills enable you to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows, although experience with digital asset management platforms like Cape is beneficial. In this role, you have the opportunity for leadership growth, including asset governance, quality assurance, and coordination with stakeholders, both locally and internationally. Your key responsibilities include ensuring proper tagging and storage of assets for easy retrieval and compliance, maintaining a structured taxonomy and metadata schema, collaborating with creative teams to streamline asset creation processes, coordinating with stakeholders for timely asset delivery, developing QA checklists for maintaining asset quality, conducting regular audits for adherence to brand and technical standards, establishing guidelines for asset usage and distribution, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and acting as the primary contact between the creative team and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in project management, digital asset management, or related fields, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, familiarity with digital asset management systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Nice to have qualifications include experience with creative automation platforms like Cape, understanding of metadata standards and taxonomy development, background in quality assurance or compliance, and exposure to international stakeholder management.,
