Job Title: Digital Asset Handler Experience: 1–4 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kolkata Department: Marketing Art Education: Graduate in Science or Commerce (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize digital assets (images, videos, graphics, documents, etc.) across various platforms and storage systems Implement and maintain version control practices to track updates and changes to digital files Collaborate with creative, marketing, and tech teams to ensure assets are properly tagged, named, and archived Ensure brand consistency by reviewing and approving asset usage across projects Perform regular audits of digital libraries to remove duplicates, outdated versions, or redundant content Maintain file structure and naming conventions to ensure easy retrieval and sharing of assets Support graphic design tasks as needed, including resizing, editing, or creating assets Handle requests for asset access and ensure proper rights management Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Science or Commerce 1–4 years of experience in digital asset management or related role Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar Experience working with cloud storage systems, DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms, or shared drives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with file formats, metadata tagging, and asset categorization Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Understanding of version control and content lifecycle management Show more Show less
