Digital Architect

As a Specialist I in Software Engineering at UST, you will play a crucial role in translating business goals into technical requirements, conducting architecture reviews, and ensuring successful implementation of digital commerce, mobile, and content platforms. Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web, mobile, and eCommerce solutions using technologies like Adobe AEM, SAP Hybris, API-based integrations, and Headless CMS solutions. Collaboration with Visual Design, UX, and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with user experience, performance, and business objectives. You will lead and take ownership of specific areas of digital functionality such as search, product catalog, customer account management, video content, and website performance, driving the development of new features and continuous improvement. Your role will also involve championing Agile methodologies and continuous improvement, contributing to fostering a culture of agile development, continuous integration, and innovation within the team. You will optimize processes and drive efficiency in delivery while ensuring that all technical solutions meet the highest standards. To excel in this position, you should have 10+ years of software development experience focusing on digital commerce, content management, and analytics platforms. In-depth technical experience in Adobe AEM and SAP Hybris (or similar platforms) is required, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce development processes, API development, and Headless architecture. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of delivery lead/project leadership experience in managing digital experience implementations. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and Cloud Service Models is crucial. You should be able to estimate, architect, design, and execute tasks through development and deployment, demonstrating expertise in architectural concepts, systems design, and SDLC methodologies.
