Digital Agency Operations Manager (Remote – India)

We are a growing digital marketing agency serving clients in Canada and the US.

We are hiring an experienced operations manager to manage day-to-day project delivery across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role, not an assistant position.

You will work closely with the founder and delivery team to ensure projects move on time, processes are followed, and client work is delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities : Project & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple client projects at the same time
• Plan timelines, tasks, and milestones
• Assign work to internal team members
• Track progress and follow up on delays
• Ensure on-time delivery

Process & Documentation

• Create and maintain SOPs for:
• Client onboarding
• Website projects
• SEO monthly deliverables
• Content workflows
• Reporting
• Convert SOPs into simple checklists
• Ensure the team follows documented processes

Recurring Work & Reporting

• Manage monthly and ongoing client deliverables
• Ensure reports are prepared and sent on schedule
• Review work before it goes to clients
• Track what was delivered vs what was promised

Tools & Systems

• Set up and manage workflows using:
• ClickUp
• Notion
• Google Drive
• Slack
• Maintain task boards and project views
• Keep files and documentation organized

Team Coordination

• Coordinate daily with designers, developers, SEO, and content team
• Identify blockers early and resolve them
• Maintain clear ownership of tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a digital marketing or web agency
• Experience managing multiple client projects
• Strong understanding of SEO, websites, and content workflows
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools
• Strong written communication skills

Work Schedule

• Remote role based in India
• Timings- 2 pm to 11 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
