Digital Adoption Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the Digital Adoption Platform project by creating engaging and effective content to drive user adoption of the chosen tool. Your role will involve developing training materials and implementing adoption tools to ensure a seamless transition for end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain content in the Digital Adoption Platform. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with business processes. - Customize content to meet user needs and enhance the overall adoption experience. - Assist in testing and validating content within the platform. - Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in content creation for training and onboarding, preferably in digital or blended learning. - Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar. - Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams. - Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and terminology. - Experience in implementing adoption tools within enterprise environments.
