Digital Account Manager- USA

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Blurbpoint Media, you will be responsible for managing international clients from Australia and the USA. Your main focus will be on client relationship management, including client onboarding, strategy implementation, and ensuring high performance. You will be handling over 25 client accounts with a strong emphasis on client retention and upselling. Your role will involve optimizing and reporting on digital campaigns, particularly in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Web Development. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and meet client expectations. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in client management within a digital agency, with a proven track record in handling US and Australian clients. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Web Development. This is a full-time onsite position based in Ahmedabad, with a mandatory requirement for relocation. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, making it a night shift role.
