Job Description

Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field. Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Performance Marketing and client management in a Software Consultancy setting. Experience managing a team, with strong communication and client-handling skills. Excellent presentation skills and ability to create effective social media content calendars. Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools such as Buffer, HootSuite, and Google Analytics. Strong knowledge of SEO, ORM, and content strategy. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skill. Ability to manage a diverse team and handle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines. Develop, implement, and lead a Performance Marketing Communications Strategy. Manage and nurture client accounts with a focus on achieving Performance Marketing and business objectives. Oversee Social Media channels, conceptualizing and executing social media calendars to build a strong reputation and attract new prospects. Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email). Understand client needs, provide effective communication, and deliver results-driven digital campaigns tailored to Software Consultancy. Enhance the client s online presence and identify areas for improvement. Develop relationships with key influencers within client organizations. Experience in Campus recruitment and conducting walk-ins at greater scale. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and communications to strengthen client relationships. Oversee the performance of all digital channels, proposing optimization strategies to meet KPIs and maximize the marketing budget. Analyze campaign performance data, provide insights, and recommend improvements for better ROI. Integrate digital marketing tools into business pitches and presentations, strategizing with the team to create impactful proposals. Lead a team, mentoring members to work independently and meet high-quality standards. Share regular status updates with the Leadership Team, maintaining clear and proactive communication. Stay up-to-date with Performance Marketing trends, tools, and technologies, identifying new opportunities to drive success.
