Role Overview: As a qualified Dietician at Watch Your Health, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their health goals and manage their medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include virtual counseling of patients with various medical conditions and age groups, tracking their progress, providing dietary and therapeutic guidelines, creating customized diet plans, and ensuring regular follow-ups to motivate clients to stay consistent in their efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients to help them manage their medical conditions - Track the progress of patients and assist them in following the meal plan - Provide appropriate dietary and therapeutic guidelines, as well as customized diet plans - Engage with patients to ensure their understanding and compliance - Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and motivate clients to maintain consistency Qualifications Required: - BSc in Clinical Nutrition/Food Science Nutrition/Dietetics - Experience preferred, minimum 1-2 years (Freshers can also apply) About the Company: Watch Your Health is an Insur Tech/Health Tech company that empowers partners to engage with clients through smart technology for condition management and chronic care services such as Diabetes, Heart care, Thyroid, Mental wellness, Obesity, Blood pressure, Sleep, Diet, and Nutrition.
