Dietician for BPO

As a Dietitian at Redcliffe Labs in Gurgaon, Haryana, your primary responsibility will be to assess the medical needs of patients over the phone at the primary care level by making accurate diagnoses. You will work closely with doctors, providing them with patient details and medical history to assist in the diagnosis process. Additionally, you will recommend necessary diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists when needed based on the diagnosis or condition. Your role will also involve engaging with patients to understand their health goals, dietary preferences, restrictions, and needs. Based on this information, you will develop tailored nutrition plans for clients and monitor their progress towards achieving their health objectives. It will be essential to maintain accurate patient records in the database. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. While 1-3 years of experience as a dietitian is preferred, freshers with internships in relevant fields are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of dietary principles, nutrition science, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in health and nutrition software is considered a plus. You will be expected to work 9 hours per day with rotational offs, and proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required. The salary offered for this position is up to 420,000 LPA, with additional benefits such as flexible working hours, one-time meal provision, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time permanent position with day shifts, and candidates must hold a license/certification as a Food & Nutritionist.
