Description
As a Dietitian at Redcliffe Labs, located in Gurgaon, Haryana, your role involves assessing the medical needs of patients over the phone at the primary care level by diagnosis. You will be responsible for providing patient details, including medical history, to the doctors, suggesting diagnostic tests based on the diagnosis, and referring patients to specialists if required. Additionally, you will engage with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions, develop nutrition plans, track client progress, and maintain patient information in the database. Key Responsibilities: - Assessing medical needs of patients over the phone and providing diagnosis - Providing patient details and medical history to doctors - Suggesting required diagnostic tests and specialist referrals based on diagnosis - Speaking to patients to understand their health goals and dietary needs - Developing nutrition plans for clients - Tracking client progress towards health goals - Entering patient information into the database Qualifications & Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field - Experience: 1-3 years as a dietitian (freshers with internships may apply) - Skills: Strong knowledge of dietary principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to empathize with clients, proficiency in health and nutrition software is a plus In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, Redcliffe Labs offers a salary of up to 420000 LPA, flexible working hours, one-time meal, and benefits such as food provision, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working hours are 9 hours per day on a rotational off basis, with proficiency in English (both spoken and written) as a language requirement. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
