Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diesel Loco Pilot located in Muthukur. The Diesel Loco Pilot will be responsible for operating diesel locomotives safely and efficiently, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring locomotive performance, adhering to rail-road regulations, and ensuring the timely movement of goods or passengers. The role also includes regular maintenance checks and collaboration with the operations team to address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diesel Loco Pilot
• Familiarity with rail-road regulations and safety standards
• Technical skills related to diesel locomotive operations and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant certifications and licenses for operating diesel locomotives
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
