Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Diesel Loco Pilot located in Muthukur. The Diesel Loco Pilot will be responsible for operating diesel locomotives safely and efficiently, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring locomotive performance, adhering to rail-road regulations, and ensuring the timely movement of goods or passengers. The role also includes regular maintenance checks and collaboration with the operations team to address any issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Diesel Loco Pilot Familiarity with rail-road regulations and safety standards Technical skills related to diesel locomotive operations and maintenance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication skills Relevant certifications and licenses for operating diesel locomotives High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
