As a Diamond Jewelry CAD Designer/Sales Head/Senior Manager-Manager Sales & Marketing based in Jaipur, your role will involve designing jewelry, managing sales, and marketing initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of jewelry, training staff, polishing and quality checking jewelry pieces, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Designing jewelry pieces - Managing sales and marketing initiatives - Providing exceptional customer service - Overseeing the design and production of jewelry - Training staff on jewelry design and production processes - Polishing and quality checking jewelry pieces - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales and brand awareness strategies Qualifications: - Experience in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry - Strong skills in Customer Service - Proficiency in Polishing and quality checking jewelry pieces - Capability in training staff and providing guidance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Jaipur - Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus,
