Diamond assorter

The Diamond Assorter is responsible for meticulously grading, assorting, and classifying diamonds based on cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of diamond characteristics to ensure quality consistency and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in diamond evaluation techniques and industry grading systems.

• Assort diamonds based on color, clarity, cut, and carat weight following industry standards.
• Identify inclusions, blemishes, and other quality factors that affect diamond value.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and QC teams to maintain consistent grading standards.
• Maintain accuracy in sorting to ensure stones are appropriately categorized for production and client requirements.

Experience - Minimum 3+ years of experience in diamond sorting and grading.

Education - Diploma/Degree in Gemology, Diamond Grading, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
