Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure proper sterilization before each session. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment for any signs of distress or complications. Set up dialysis machines according to each patient’s treatment plan prescribed by the nephrologist. Insert and remove needles for dialysis access (AV fistula, grafts, or catheters). Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment details, and vital signs. Handle emergencies during dialysis procedures, such as blood pressure drops or clotting issues. Educate patients on post-treatment care and hygiene around access sites. Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment as per infection control guidelines. Order and manage inventory of dialysis supplies and consumables. Collaborate with nurses and nephrologists for optimal patient care.
