Job Description

Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines and related equipment as per prescribed treatment protocols.
Assess and record patients’ pre- and post-dialysis vital signs, weight, and fluid balance accurately.
Cannulate AV fistulas, grafts, or central lines following aseptic techniques.
Monitor dialysis process, water quality, conductivity, and pressure parameters throughout treatment.
Respond promptly to alarms, complications, or patient discomfort during dialysis sessions.
Clean, disinfect, and reprocess dialyzers and equipment as per infection control guidelines.
Maintain and calibrate dialysis machines, ensuring proper functionality and preventive maintenance.
Document treatment details, machine readings, and patient parameters in EMR/logbooks.
Support nephrologist and nursing team in managing patient care during dialysis.
