Healthcare / HospitalWe are seeking qualified and compassionate

Dialysis Technicians

to join renowned hospitals and dialysis centers in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure proper sterilization before each session.
Assess patients' physical and emotional readiness before initiating dialysis.
Connect and disconnect patients to hemodialysis machines following medical protocols.
Monitor vital signs and adjust machine settings as per patient condition.
Document treatment details, machine readings, and patient responses accurately.
Maintain dialysis machines and report any malfunction immediately.
Assist in managing supplies and inventory related to dialysis procedures.
Educate patients and their families on post-dialysis care and dietary guidelines.
Coordinate closely with nephrologists and nursing staff for smooth treatment delivery.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Dialysis Technology, Renal Care, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician (Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory).
Valid Dataflow / Prometric / SCFHS certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong knowledge of hemodialysis machines and emergency procedures.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
