Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve

    primary and secondary sales targets

    for the assigned headquarters (HQ) including

    volume, product-wise, and group-wise targets

    .
  • Develop and maintain an

    updated customer and distributor database

    within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct

    product demonstrations and application support

    as and when required.
  • Ensure regular visits to customers, labs, and distributors to promote company products.
  • Procure orders and ensure timely

    collection of payments

    from distributors.
  • Coordinate with C&F agents

    to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
  • Maintain

    adequate product stock

    levels with channel partners.
  • Ensure

    timely reporting and claim submissions

    in line with company policies.
  • Build and sustain

    healthy business relationships

    with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Team Leader in

    implementing marketing strategies, conducting surveys

    , and gathering market intelligence.
  • Keep a close watch on

    competitor activities

    , schemes, pricing, and share relevant updates with management.
  • Provide

    post-sales support

    and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or IVD industry
  • Educational background:

    B.Sc in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry

    or

    DMLT

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop customer base
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned HQ/region
  • Strong focus on timely reporting and distributor coordination
