Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 12-18 years of experience to fill the role of Deputy General Manager Production at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical production and management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and research and development, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing pharmaceutical production operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
