Job Description: As a part of a Leading Manufacturing Organization, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, design, and execution of various learning programs and activities aimed at enhancing the learning experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading one of the learning solutions hubs and collaborating with business stakeholders to assess and establish the current state of the learning solutions - Conceptualizing and designing comprehensive training programs catering to different levels such as Managerial, Lateral, and Leadership - Collaborating with talent and learning solution leads to introduce and discuss concepts/frameworks with senior leadership - Ensuring the successful implementation and execution of learning solutions - Developing key performance indicators (lead and lag measures) to monitor and evaluate the progress of the programs Qualifications Required: - MBA with a specialization in HR - Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing various learning solutions, particularly in leadership development - Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement will be highly valued Location: Chennai,
